Following the assessment and the compilation of the final assessment report, all client questionnaires, raw data test sheets, and other personal data will be permanently deleted or destroyed.
The final assessment report will be held by the assessor for 7 years after the client’s 18th birthday or for 7 years for an adult. During this time, you may request an electronic copy of the report. However, we strongly recommend that you keep a secure copy of your report for your records. After this period, the assessor will no longer be able to supply you with a copy of your report.
