Your advocate, your assessor.
If you’re noticing signs of dyslexia in a young person you care about, I understand how overwhelming that can feel. But you’re in the right place, and I’m here to help. As a qualified teacher with an Assessing Practicing Certificate (APC) and an Associate Member of the British Dyslexia Association (AMBDA) with DBS, I’m committed to offering you the support and clarity you need.
My dyslexia assessments are thorough, insightful, and follow SASC guidelines, meaning they can be used as evidence for Disabled Student Allowance. The reports are crafted to shine a light on your child’s strengths while also providing practical guidance for areas where they can grow.
With over ten years of experience working with diverse learners, I deeply value the trusting relationships I build with children and their families. I’m here to walk alongside you on this journey, and I believe that with the right support, your child’s learning adventure can be filled with success and growth.

Our approach

Step 1:
Questionnaire
Complete the parent/carer online questionnaire to begin the diagnostic process. We will confirm the date for the diagnostic assessment and coordinate with the child’s school. A 50% deposit secures your booking.

Step 2:
Assessment
A comprehensive diagnostic assessment to evaluate literacy skills using pictures, words, and sounds. Assessments usually take between 2-3hours depending on the child’s needs. This can be broken into two sessions if required.

Step 3:
Report
Upon payment of the remaining 50% deposit, a personalised report will be provided within two - three weeks.

Evaluate
A complimentary 30-minute call to discuss the assessment results and address any questions.
